Rosemary Biscuits

Makes approx 8 biscuits
Best used as topping for Chicken Pot Pie

2c flour
2 1/2t baking powder
3/4t salt
1t fresh rosemary (or 1/2t dried), chopped finely
1/3c milk
5T butter, cut into chunks


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix together dry ingredients.
3. Start KitchenAid mixer on med-low and add in broken up pieces of butter. Mix until butter is size of small peas. Add milk. Mix until incorporated.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Note: To increase flavor, place chopped rosemary in milk 30 minutes before mixing biscuits
