Seven Layer Dip
1 Can Vegetarian Refried Beans
2 chopped plum tomatoes
1/3 C chopped onions
1/3 C Chopped Black Olives (1/2 can)
12 Oz of Sour Cream (with 1/2t of Chili Powder, Cumin and Cayenne mixed in)
2/3 C Shredded Mozzarella
2/3 C Shredded Monterey Jack
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Use a non-stick 9 inch cake pan and spread beans in the bottom of the pan
3. Layer tomatoes, onions and olives
4. Mix cumin, cayenne and chili into sour cream.
5. Add Cheese
6. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
7. Serve with Chips
